Please include as much detail of what you want from your commission. References for style/design are requested, to help the artist match your request more closely. After the first request, follow up calls can be arranged to further discuss the commission.
Please ensure you have read and understood the below conditions before approaching for a commission.
1.0 COMMISSIONS IS 20% OFF FOR FIRST COMMISSIONS.
1.1 $10 will be charged for concept drawings of your request if you need for me to sketch out the ideas for art that you want, to be agreed upfront of the commission. Please make sure you fully understand this before agreeing to the commission. Revision of commission is possible during concept and sketching, but anything beyond this will be final.
All pricing will be in USD (Dollars $), so please make sure you understand the conversions from your own currency.
50% of the estimated pricing is to be paid up front, with the rest to follow on completion of the work. All payments are to be made through Paypal only.
The artist reserves the right to reject or cancel commissions, if any request is uncomfortable within a reasonable extent, or the client is offensive or disrespectful. The client will understand that upfront payment will be forfeit in this event, if the artist has begun work.
All commissions are for personal use only, unless expressly agreed with the artist.
The process includes sketches, flat and the final render. The artist will remain in regular contact, showing progress for discussion. As per point 1.1, any revision after the sketch stage will be charged at an additional rate agreed between the client and artist at the time.
On completion of the commission, the remaining payment must be made for the artwork to be released in final format. If after completion of the commission, the final payment has not been made within 90 days and the client has not discussed and agreed this with the artist, the artist retains full rights to use and post the artwork at will.
The artist retains the right to all the commissions they produce, and may choose to include them in their portfolio or posts. If you have a specific requirement to delay the artwork being posted (competition etc.), please discuss and agree this with the artist.
Please do not post, use or display the artist’s commissions or any works without crediting them clearly.
If any of the above points are breached, any profit is made from the commission (unless discussed and agreed formally), or the client disrespects the artist in any way, the client will be permanently blacklisted, and the artist will not work with them again. Further action beyond this may be taken, depending on the circumstance.
Additional terms apply for crafted arts such as glass:
2.1 For custom designs, please give clear details on what you want, and references to allow the artist to complete the commission.
2.2 As with Point 1.3, 50% of the commission rate will be required upfront. Shipping costs are dependent on your location, and will be advised at the time of the commission. Shipping within the UK is free of charge.
2.3 Average shipping time within the UK should be between 3-5 days. Any shipping outside the UK will take longer, and will be advised ahead of shipping.
